My mornings are my favorite time of the day. I don’t care if it’s a Monday or a Friday, I love waking up with the sunrise with a clear, rested mind ready to take on the day. These are my tips and tricks to be able to wake up and feel amazing throughout the day:

  1. Wake up with the sunrise. It helps your body in so many ways both physical and spiritual. Your pineal gland also known as your third eye right in between your eyebrows is able to see the sunlight and starts the production of Serotonin (you’re happy hormone).
  2. Take long deep breaths. In for 5 seconds and out for 5 seconds. Oxygen is the key to health. This will also help your Serotonin (and everything else) energize and feed so they can do their jobs.
  3. Kneel in prayer or take time to think about what you’re grateful for. When you are grateful and humble the universe or God opens up everything to you.
  4. Read your scriptures or inspirational quotes to get your subconscious on a good thoughts. Your subconscious is most active 20 minutes after you wake up. Fill it with memorable quotes and positivity.
  5. Turn on spa or relaxation music while you get out of bed and start moving. Something that is quiet and flows with the natural waking up process. The vibrations of music are naturally healing.
  6. Prepare the night ahead the things that are routinely apart of your day: clothes, breakfast, etc. I also put out my green tea, my honey, collagen and vitamins. This helps things go faster.
  7. Take the time to stretch and meditate. I usually sleep on my side and screw up my shoulders from crunching them. I use yoga blocks and rollers to keep my shoulders stretched and aligned. I also take time after to refocus my energy and focus it on my injuries so that I may heal faster.
  8. Take time for caring for your skin. Drink lemon water or APV water within minutes of waking up. This hydrates and cleans you out from being stagnate all night. It also sets the bar for you to meet your water intake goal everyday. Use a facemask, gentle and natural cleansers to wake your skin up in the morning. I also love a steam facial if I have time.
  9. EXERCISE! Use your mornings if you have the time to get a HIIT workout in. The benefits of HIIT are long listed and you’ll jump start your metabolism.
  10. Say positive things about yourself, to yourself. Remind yourself of your goals, your riches and your needs. Say these things to yourself everyday: I am grateful. I am loved. I am successful. I am a part of the Creator.

I wrote a previous post about how great Ozone Therapy worked for me. It feels good and it continues to make you feel good. Previously stated in my last post, after two sessions in the HOCATT my body showed both positive and negative reactions. The positive reactions:

  • Started my period after not starting for months due to stress and travel.
  • My sleep was deeper and I started developing a pattern of getting tired early and easily rising early.
  • My digestion was kick-started and I woke up with a flat stomach and kept it until I went to bed.
  • My energy was high and with the combo of my green tea, I felt unstoppable.
  • My skin was clearer and it had a “glow” to it that I hadn’t seen since the summer.

The negative reactions:

  • It brought my cold to the surface, but after the two times my cold did not last and died.
  • I couldn’t stay in the warm steam forever.
  • You smell like OZONE for a little while after.
  • I can’t do it everyday.

Overall, I loved the results it gave me. This machine can be used for beauty, over all health or really anything. This machine is considered a “big gun” when coming to killing diseases. As stated in my last post, this can literally be a cure for cancer, if not a huge helper in fighting. Now, with meeting Cecilia and Jaunique, I have learned so much not only about the human body but specifically about my body. I took a DNA test to see what my body needed, what it was missing and what I needed to do to combat environmental factors to make sure that I was living up to my full potential of wellness. This test told me that I needed to stay away from certain foods and drinks because my body had had too much and could no longer benefit. It told me what vitamins and minerals I was low in, it told me how much sleeping next to my phone affected my sleep and overall mood. It told me the foods I needed to eat in order to combat the mold and spores I got in my body from when I lived in my moldy apartment in Miami. The test was so accurate as to what my body was calling for. Not once did Jaunique recommend a supplement over food first. Sounds like the end-all,cure-all right? It pretty much is. So within the last year I have found a passion for actually treating and helping people. The science behind disease, the science behind the body and even the science behind food and nutrition and how everything is in balance. Balance is disrupted when one part is not equally giving like the other parts, then slowly after time comes chaos. In this situation, disease is chaos. We live in a world where we are told to do things….AND WE DO THEM! We are told to eat loads of kale because it’s so good for you, then a couple months later told to stay away from kale because it is poisonous and we are hurting our bodies. We do this, believing what the “experts” say. These “experts” may be helpful in some situations but their knowledge is limited to what they read out of a book that was written by money-hungry Pharma. The majority of us live to eat and how could we not when there are so many amazing dishes out there (Ramen, Pizza, Hamburgers, Taco Bell, etc). Always keep in mind that FOOD IS OUR HEALTH! Food can also be our disease and everything you put into your mouth is either feeding disease or fighting it. When we eat foods with antibiotics, preservatives, etc, we deal with dis-ease such as headaches, muscle fatigue, tiredness, etc. Eventually these turn into disease such as cancer, arthritis, auto-immune diseases, anxiety, Alzheimer’s and many more.

We have conducted a comprehensive review of O3 therapy, investigating its contraindications, routes and concentrations of administration, mechanisms of action, disinfectant properties in various microorganisms, and its medicinal use in different pathologies. The subjects underwent both an experimental and a control examination, separated by a 3.5-month interval. Body mass, blood pressure, body temperature changes, electrocardiograms, venous blood gas and haemocytometric analyses, total antioxidant status and plasma levels of protein thiol groups, thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), plasma cytokine, hepatic enzymes and creatine were determined before, immediately after the 20-min period in the cabin and then 0.5, 1.0 and 24 h afterwards. We observed statistically significant variations of body temperature, venous partial pressure of O(2) values, TBARS and plasma levels of interleukin 8, particularly after O(2)-O(3) exposure. The increase in TBARS plasma levels concomitant with protein oxidation has been tentatively interpreted as being attributable to the transcutaneous passage of some reactive O(2) species, which should be considered if this approach is to be used as a biological response modifier. However, in the present study no adverse effects were noted after one session.”

These are all articles from reputable sources and actual studies performed to see the benefits and downfalls of Ozone therapy as one study states: “To summarize, ozone is characterized by versatility and the various modalities for its administration have been described. As for the clinical application, ozonated autohemotherapy is specifically suited to treat vascular diseases (e.g. stroke, peripheral arterial as well as chronic heart disease) associated with some age-degeneration (macular degeneration, dry form). It can be as a useful supportive therapy in chronic infectious diseases, diabetes and cancer, but it is not curative. On the other hand, cutaneous and ulcerative infections are excellently treated with topical application of ozonated oils and ozonated water. Such derivatives have been also used in dentistry (primary carious lesions). Finally, gaseous oxygen-ozone mixture is remarkably important in orthopedy (herniated disk).”

Now, for me personally getting into the ozone was spa-like. It’s warm and relaxing and feels just like a sauna. I was dealing with a slight cold as the season this year has been brutal with sickness. I had the settings set for stress and anxiety. Upon climbing in, you remove your towel so every bit of skin can take in the ozone, and you place your feet on these metal strips. In both your hands you hold metal rods. Through these, an electrical current runs through your body that is killing the bad organisms with frequency.

 

Immediately as the currents pulsed through me and the warmth of the ozone surrounded my body, I was at ease. I did a 30 minute session followed by lots of water and mineral drops. When I got out, I simply pat dried my skin and got dressed. It felt like a time at the spa after getting a massage and facial. I was instructed to dry brush my skin and not to shower for at least six hours to let the ozone continue to soak in. Now, following after I had done a session, I slept amazingly and was surprised when I woke up to my period starting. I had not had a period for two months before due to stress and travel and being sick. I was amazed and excited that it had come. Also, upon waking up the next day, I felt more energized. The downside to my session was that it brought my cold to the surface. My head was extremely clogged and I felt nauseous. I have found that ozone therapy works and like everything else will work differently on someone else. I strongly recommend looking into studies, actual studies done to discover the properties and benefits of ozone. We are so much stronger than our diseases. I recommend looking into local places near you that have the HOCATT, go in and try a session.
