Pre-Workout Makeup

 

 

I always wake up early and hit Zumba first thing. It’s such a good feeling to be done with my workout before 7 in the morning. Some mornings, especially mornings in the winter my face looks like I returned from the dead. I like wearing makeup and the only makeup I wear at this point in my life is organic, clean and natural. This is why I am okay wearing these things to the gym. There are two products that I used that are not that natural and that is the blush and the Hourglass lipstick but I did those to add some color. Definitely swap it out for a Burt’s Bee’s lip balm, swap out the blush with one of Josie Maran’s. This is a easy routine, you look just as good during and after your workout as you did before, if not even better. GUESS WHAT!? No guilt, my skin feels and looks amazing after.
